I recently visited a pizza place that offers a fantastic wood-fired, build-your-own pizza experience, and I was thoroughly impressed. The freshness of the ingredients really stood out, and watching them shape the dough by hand was a cool touch. Every bite tasted incredibly fresh and flavorful.
One of the standout pizzas for me was the BLT. It didn't have any cheese, which I thought might be a downside at first, but it turned out to be my favorite! The combination of bacon jam, arugula, and fresh tomatoes was so delicious. The savory and slightly sweet bacon jam paired perfectly with the peppery arugula, and the tomatoes added a refreshing balance with the balsamic vinegar glaze. If you're into unique pizza flavors, I highly recommend giving it a try. Definitely want to come back and try the Mac and cheese pizza.
